Stocks to Target this CHAMPIONSHIP NFL Sunday

Image
Championship weekend is here, and we should probably temper expectations after the greatest week we’ve seen in some time occurring last week. With only two games to consume, and the last of multiple games, enjoy the action…because we’ve entered the final course of our multiple course meal. Cincinnati Bengals @ Kansas City Chiefs Color me shocked Zac Taylor is coaching in the AFC championship game a year after the organization had to release a statement of confidence for him. With the shortened article this week I’ll tell you a short story about myself. As a football fan, naturally I played football for four years in high school. Well I wouldn’t say I played… but I was on the team. My final year of eligibility I wanted to put my best foot forward and attended the University of Nebraska football camp. On that trip I had the pleasure of meeting then quarterback Zac Taylor as he spoke for an FAC meeting one night. Taylor was taking over at quarterback for Joe Daily and was Nebras

The Best NFL Weekend Ever

That was one of the most compelling weeks of football I've seen in a long time. I'm writing this devastated as a Bills fan but still couldn't believe how many great games we witnessed throughout this weekend. Los Angeles Rams @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers This was one of those games that looked like it was over. Los Angeles entered the game with superior talent and was in control for 98% of it until a dreadful fumble by Cam Akers (-16%, $5.98) which gave Tampa Bay the spark they needed. What a difference a week makes, just last Monday Akers popped a couple of big plays and became the poster boy for Achilles injury recoveries. Akers had two costly fumbles in this game, and it was interesting to me that they kept going back to him. Akers averaged a measly 2 yards per carrying and with those turnovers easily could have been the scapegoat had the Rams come up short in this one. Tom Brady (-10%, $16.75) is instead the focus. While the stat sheet looks better at the end of th

What were 14 teams has now been trimmed down to 8. Sadly, there are only 7 games left of football for the season until I'm here writing about the impact of free agency and the off-season. However, the NFL has given us two games great games for Divisional Sunday. Before we get into the action, don't forget - we're still running the DEPOSIT PROMO ! Until tonight, get a free share for every $25 you deposit up to $5000 (200 free shares)! Los Angeles Rams @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers In what could be the best game of the weekend the Rams and Buccaneers face off just one week after dismantling their opponents. Earlier in the season Tom Brady (-3%, $18.66) threw the ball 55 times and scored only once on those throws while running in another. However, in the grand scheme of things it didn't matter as they were flat out embarrassed. The key this game is going to be if the Buccaneers can get anything going on the ground with Leonard Fournette ($9.89) and Ke'shawn Vaughn

When Blowouts are Boring... but Profitable

Just as soon as it began, Super Wildcard weekend is over. While the weekend wasn't full of surprises, there were some good moments gleaned over the last couple of days. New England Patriots @ Buffalo Bills Talk about a thorough beatdown. In what can only be described as a curb-stomping the Bills made short work of the Patriots. Fueled by Josh Allen (18%, $22.46) and Dawson Knox (35%, $1.75) the Bills hung up 47 points on Bill Belichick, and in doing so have averaged 40 points in their last two meetings. It was surprising to see this Bills team take the fight to New England as early as they did. Josh Allens' first touchdown of the night looked like and it was later confirmed by Allen, a throw-away. However, Dawson Knox made a ridiculous catch in the back of the end zone. Throughout the rest of the game, their offense followed suit. The Bills were never forced to punt or kick a field goal in this game. It is important to note that early in this game Mac Jones (6%, $

Here we are, 6 days after the Raiders kicked their way into the playoffs and we're gifted with 3 games on the docket. While most Sundays are enjoyable with the luxury of Sunday Ticket we're now in 1 game slate territory so there’s no guarantee of 3 competitive games. The Early Game Philadelphia Eagles @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers In what is sure to be a wet one Jalen Hurts ($1.52) is set to take on the Tampa secondary which is prone to mistakes. The hope for the Eagles is that they get Miles Sanders (3%, $0.66) back in the fold, but in all honesty, there's no guarantee he will be effective against the front four of Tampa. If the Eagles are going to stun the Buccaneers they're either going to need to get the run game going or Jalen Hurts is going to have to be better than he was last time these teams faced off. Dallas Goedert ($5.08) and Devonta Smith (-9%, $2.98) are going to be key clogs in the passing game if he's able to move the ball. Overall, I'm not

PredictionStrike's Blue Chips and Penny Stocks: Playoff Portfolio Bellwethers

Good morning everyone, and welcome to a very exciting playoff version of Blue Chips and Penny Stocks ! We somehow managed to survive the longest season in NFL history, and still have money in the portfolio to push on! If the regular season finale between the Chargers and Raiders has any implication as to how this year's postseason is going to play out, we are in for a treat! Last season's playoffs were very profitable for the BCPS article, and we hope to continue that tradition. I have two unorthodox picks for this week's article, but they should treat us shareholders nicely for the entire playoff push. Before we get down to the stocks, let me remind you we have the first UFC event of 2022 THIS WEEKEND at the Apex in Las Vegas. It is a Fight Night event, so earlier start times Saturday. To get you covered, we have a special Insider Trading coming out Saturday morning, and you won’t want to miss it! More on that Saturday, but for now, let's get to some football!

Wild Cards are SET!

Well…how was that? What a way to end the season, but it was only fitting.  With all of the games now in the book there’s only so much we can get to! Indianapolis Colts @ Jacksonville Jaguars It happened, the one outcome necessary for chaos, we talked about, happened. Carson Wentz (-7%, $3.17) was a train wreck, and has been over the final two weeks. The Colts traded a 1 st round pick for Wentz last off-season and are likely regretting it. All the Colts had to do was beat either the Raiders or the Jaguars to punch their playoff ticket. The gameplan should have been simple, give Jonathan Taylor (-11%, $11.71) the ball, but instead we saw Wentz drop back 30 times in this game. Taylor was running for 5 yards per attempt in this game, and if they had stayed true to the run game there is no drama in the AFC throughout the day. However, in lieu of the Colts winning this game we had our first sighting of good Trevor Lawrence (14%, $3.16). Lawrence threw for multiple touchdowns for t

Well…here we are. After 17 weeks we find ourselves saying goodbye to over half of the league today. Week 18 is here, and with that, there's a lot on the line this week. With 18 teams headed home after today, and only 4 weeks of professional action, take the time to enjoy the final weeks of the season. The 1pm Slate: Indianapolis Colts @ Jacksonville Jaguars The playoff scenario couldn't be more clear for Indianapolis, win and you're in. However, it might be more difficult than you think. Think back to 2020 when the Jaguars went 1-15. Their only win that season? Week 1, against Indianapolis. The Colts haven't won in Jacksonville since 2014 when Andrew Luck dominated them. This isn't to say the Colts are going to lose this game, or that I'm picking them. However, I am saying that it is not a slam dunk they will win and get in. After last week's embarrassing performance against the Raiders, the Colts need to bounce back in a big way. Jonathan Taylor (-3%, $1
